Farmer/ General Manager/ 'The Boss!'

Our Farmer!

Richard looks after the livestock and 185 acres of land at Boycott Farm.

Richard also runs the business with Rosemary, supports Philip in the butchery and is head of maintenance!

Head cook/ General manager/ 'The other Boss!'

Rosemary leads our kitchen team and her recipes are the key to our delicious food at Boycott Farm!

Rosemary also manages our flock of 6,000 hens and ensures the overall smooth operation of Boycott Farm.

Partner and Manager

Liz leads our out front team, manages all shop stock and orders and takes care of all admin.

Liz is also a fabulous cook and supports in the kitchen as well as all areas of the business.

Liz is married to George and has little boy called Jack.

Partner/ Butchery Manager/ Farmer

Philip is an experienced and brilliant butcher.

Philip manages all butchery operations and supports Richard in all aspects of running the farm.

He lives on the farm with his partner Shelley and their children Grace and Maisie.

Marketing support

Amanda is Richard and Rosemary’s middle child, and lives in Portsmouth with her husband and two children Ellie and Charlie. Amanda has worked in marketing and sponsorship for over 10 years in professional offshore sailing.

She supports the family with marketing and admin.

Richard and Rosemary’s three children, Liz, Amanda and Philip all work and support the farm business, and their children, (five between them) all enjoy spending time and ‘helping’ on the farm!
