Butchery

We take pride in only stocking the highest quality British meat in our butchery. Our beef is from our own herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle, and where possible we source local free range chicken, pork and lamb. Our butchery offers all cuts of meat, including sausages, burgers and black pudding, all made onsite, by our butcher. Led by our brilliant and experienced butcher Philip, we are proud of the quality and flavour of the meat we offer.

The fridges in our Farm Shop are only stocked with British meat from our butchery, our homemade sausages, chipolatas and black pudding, smoked and unsmoked bacon, pork and lamb chops and chicken breast. If you want to speak to our in-house butcher himself, pop to the butchery counter, where Philip will be happy to look after you and find you the perfect meat for your meal.

Our butchery is stocked with roasting joints for your perfect Sunday roast. We have Aberdeen Angus topside, rib of beef, sirloin and silverside from our farm. Free range chicken, lamb shoulder, leg of lamb and boneless lamb shoulder, pork loin, leg and shoulder (spare rib) and pork belly. Our butchery is open Wednesday- Saturday, 9-4pm and Sunday 10-4pm, so you can even pop in on a Sunday to pick up your Sunday roasting joint.
