Description Caramelized Onion Crackers Potter’s Crackers was started by Peter Potter Weber and his mom, Nancy Potter, in 2006. Their mission is to produce products sustainably without sacrificing quality. They saw that Wisconsin was producing amazing cheese but there were no exceptional crackers to accompany them! These crackers are produced daily from scratch with locally sourced whole-wheat flour and local milk and butter in Madison, Wisconsin. Ingredients: Wheat flour*, onion*, butter*, cracked wheat*, sugar*, salt, baking powder and black pepper* *denotes organic ingredients Allergens: wheat, butter and hazelnuts. Pairing suggestion: A blue cheese, fresh Mozzarella cheese from Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese, Evalon cheese or Triple Play cheese.
