Another useful tool to have is an Infrared Thermometer connected to your ECU to record track temps and adjust your tuneup accordingly. On some ECU this 0-5V signal can be used to trigger a tune selector change, change launching strategy/RPM or simply for the data. These sensor will read temperature from 32F to 212F and output a 0-5V signal. Effective measuring distance is up to 40″. They feature a stainless steel body construction and comes with a mounting bracket. They are 3/4″ in Diameter and 5″ long so make sure you have space available to mount them. Cable is 6′ long.
