These fitting screw on any B series block in place of the Hex plug on the side of the block. It is a convenient place to vent excessive crankcase pressure as well as a return path for condensed oil out of an oil separator. They are black anodized for a nice shiny look and have flat on each side so they can be installed with standard tool. They also have an o’ring to seal the fitting onto the block.
