Turbo Coldside Safety Blanket for 7685 S400 S475 S480 (75-80mm)

These DWS safety blankets are designed to fit around the coldside of many 75–80mm turbos. Developed around the S400-frame turbo, they also fit the 7685 Precision turbo and many others in this size range. The blanket is built to contain debris in the event of an impeller failure caused by overspeeding or other catastrophic issues. Each blanket is made in-house using aramid (Kevlar) fabric and aramid thread for maximum strength and durability. SFI certification will be pursued as soon as an official specification for this application becomes available. Additional sizes are currently in development. They are 28.5″ long, 7″ wide that taper down to 4″ wide. To confirm this cover will fit on your coldside, measure the length of your coldside to make sure this will cover the whole area.
