Description Iris ‘Butter and Sugar’ (Sib) Siberian Iris. A clump-forming perennial which has upright, strap-like, grey-green leaves. In July, erect stems bearing white flowers with yellow falls are borne. Grow in moist soil that does not dry out in summer in sun or partial shade. It will reach a height and spread of 65cm.
